is back, and she is once again a champion.

On the December 30 episode of WWE SmackDown, Ronda Rousey successfully defended the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Raquel Rodriguez. The champion emerged victorious, so she was seemingly set to enter 2023 with her title reign intact. However, just as she began to celebrate the win, Flair came to the ring and challenged her to a match on the spot.

Flair then celebrated her win, and Michael Cole noted that she had won her fourteenth title. “The Queen” had been absent since she lost the title when she faced Rousey in an “I Quit” Match at WrestleMania Backlash. Rousey later lost the title to Liv Morgan at Money in the Bank before she regained it at Extreme Rules in October.
